PVpharm is searching for a Business Development, Sales and Marketing Specialist in Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Safety Services to work closely with PVpham’s team.
This position requires documented experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing areas related to Pharmacovigilance, preferred in a Service Provider Company. Communicational, organizational and marketing management skills, and a willingness to drive the organization to the highest level.
Job description
As a Business Development, Sales and Marketing Specialist (Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Safety Services), you will contribute to the BD, Sales and Marketing department.
Your activities will be mainly:
- Identification and research of potential clients and projects
- Leads management
- Creation of proposals
- Strategic development and maintenance of partners relationships
- Finding funding for projects, including EU funding
- To contribute with the detailed description of company services
- Implementation and maintenance of the marketing strategy
- Implementation of business plans
- Implementation of communication policy
- Development and active participatyion in Marketing activities and communications
- Actively participation in business meetings and fairs
- Revision of commercial contracts
- Support the ERP implementation
- Manage business KPIs/ objectives
Requirements:
Hard skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Safety
- At least 2 years of experience inBusiness Development, Sales and Marketing areas related to Pharmacovigilance, preferred in a Service Provider Company
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Health Sciences and Business degree (with MBA) will be preferred
