PVpharm is searching for a Business Development, Sales and Marketing Specialist in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Safety, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Services to work closely with PVpham’s team.

This position requires documented experience in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Safety, Regulatory Affairs and Medical, preferred in a Service Provider Company.

Experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing areas is an important plus.

Communicational, organizational and marketing management skills, excellence, commitment, being proactive and a willingness to drive the organization to the highest level.

Job description

As a Business Development, Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to the BD, Sales and Marketing department.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, Your activities will be mainly:

  • Identification and consecution of potential clients and projects in all markets

  • Creation and management of proposals

  • Revision and management of commercial contracts

  • Leads management

  • Strategic development and maintenance of partners relationships

  • Finding funding for projects, including EU funding

  • To contribute with the detailed description of company services

  • Collaboration with Operations department to align business development with service delivery

  • Implementation and maintenance of the marketing strategy

  • Implementation of business plans

  • Implementation of communication policy

  • Development and active participation in Marketing activities and communications

  • Actively participation in business meetings and fairs

  • Support the ERP implementation

  • Manage business KPIs/ objectives


Requirements:

Hard skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the areas of interest

  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing areas related to the areas of interest, preferred in a Service Provider Company

  • Knowledge of national and international regulations applicable to the field of expertise

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English

  • Health Sciences and Business degree (with MBA) will be preferred
